- Twice monthly support group for family members and caregivers
We are in partnership with the South East Alberta Regional Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Network. It is one of 13 regional networks in our province guided by the FASD Cross Ministry Committee and is currently working on the Alberta Government’s 10 year strategic plan for FASD.
Support Coordination Services supports people with disabilities (diagnosed or not) who are not currently connected to a support system.
- We connect people with community resources.
- We identify gaps in current services and work with existing service
providers and funders to find solutions.
Community Access for Persons in Continuing Care (CAPCC) helps people under age 65, who live in long term care facilities, to gain more access to their community.
